Several Dead Victims of the Infamous Al Capone
Al "Scarface" Capone was born in Brooklyn, NY. His parents were immigrants from Italy. He began his life of crime in Brooklyn, then moved to Chicago, Illinois, he became the leader of the "Chicago Outfit". For the record he said he sold used furniture. Gangland Capone arranged the most notorious murder of the century, the Day of 1929 Massacre of St. Valentine in the neighborhood of Lincoln Park on the north shore of Chicago, although the details of the murder of seven victims in a garage at 2122 North Clark Street (then the SMC Cartage Co.) are widely disputed and no one has ever been prosecuted for this crime. On this frigid morning, in an unheated brick garage at 2122 N. Clark St., seven men were lined up against a wall whitewashed and pumped with 90 bullets from submachine guns, shotguns and a revolver. It was the most infamous of all the Gangland murders in America, and he savagely achieved its objective - the elimination of the last challenge to Al Capone to the mantle of crime boss in Chicago.
