Robert Andrew Berdella Crime Scene Pictures
Robert Andrew Berdella, known as the "Kansas City Butcher," was a serial killer who committed his grisly crimes in Kansas City, Missouri, between 1984 and 1987. Berdella was convicted of brutally torturing and murdering six men. Berdella's modus operandi involved luring young men to his home, where he would then drug, restrain, and subject them to prolonged periods of sexual torture, documented in photographs he took. His victims were often tortured for weeks before being killed. The methods of torture included electric shocks, injections with drain cleaner, and various forms of sexual assault. The capture of Robert Berdella came about in April 1987 when one of his victims managed to escape and seek help from a neighbor. This led to Berdella's arrest and a search of his home, where police found extensive evidence, including photographs and detailed notes he kept about the torture he inflicted on his victims. In 1988, Berdella was charged with the murders of six men and pleaded guilty to avoid the death penalty. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Berdella provided detailed confessions and cooperated with authorities in recovering the remains of his victims, most of which he had dismembered and disposed of in garbage bags. |

He owned a little shop in the "party district" of Kansa City. Bobs Bizarre Bizaar. He lived down the street, I was too young to be on his radar. Im suprised I never see any Bio about him in TV. He didnt get a trading card either. Those came out in the early 90's so there was pleanty of time. |
