The real killer is free and living life because the police department and prosecution did such a hack job of the investigation. And no heads rolled ... If I were a parent of any of these children I'd be demanding some heads on a platter. |

I have three children and you're right, no way in hell could I catch them on my own. How does that mean that the WM3 did it? Because there were three of them? Because a group of other people couldn't have done it?  |

I agree with most of the backlash...watch the HBO series on this tragedy....the three boys are innocent....I think the step dad of one of them was guilty.

Yes I believe they were innocent. I have to admit I had no clue who the WM3 were until after their release, then HBO put both documentaries OnDemand and of course I watched them. lol That Mark Byers character is something very odd. The 2nd docu goes further into the character of Byers and the Knife given to the filmers with the Byers boys blood on it is crazy! But I'm sure nobody will ever be truly convicted of this horrible crime since all detectives involved fully believe the WM3 were responsible...so sad for all involved except Mark Byers... If you haven't seen them please watch them, it totally changed my mind.

They were only released after signing a contract in which they agreed not to take further actions against the state / sue them.  So no compensation for their suffering in jail & ruined lives?!Sometimes I can imagine people going mental, take a machine gun & going on a spree. For example if somebody steals 18 years of your life. |

I have read a lot about this case and I do believe that they are not guilty. I think more people should read this case, the TRUE case. I don't think the state wants to pour any more money into this because I think they know they will loose.
