Before I retired from law, a lady came tommy office looking for a divorce from DeFeo, who she married in prison. Got her the divorce, by DeFeo was pissed about it and wrote to the Bar Assc. About getting me disbarred and putting my head on a spike. He wrote me too saying how he was going to kill me. Still have the letters!

This is a photo of the killers night stand. To the left you can see one of the famous signature windows swung open. The lamp is a Galliano liquor bottle. "Not now Darling" is the title of a stage play. I saw it at the Airport Playhouse in Bohemia NY 30 years ago.
