You’re referring to a movie called: “Henry: Portrait of a serial killer.”
Had to do a few different word searches but the main title is “Henry”.

Look up a movie called, “The Golden Glove” about a man named Fritz “Fiete” Honka. You might find that interesting as well.

Lucas lied about killing so many ppl as, at the time,
it kept him outta prison and only lockedup in a local jail.
While there he was treated very well by local LE.
He was almost simply on “house arrest” and had a good daily Life considering all things.
He learned that he would be treated good if he “talked” often, to whatever LE personnel came to interview him.

He was put in big-prison for 11 murders.
He was positively connected to 3 murders(minimum for a SK)
with evidence and good information; police and forensics have mostly disputed 8 others but say they are “possibles”.
MANY other murders were incorrectly linked to him. Later those were dropped as charged or connected to Lucas.
