what i find funny is every footage we get of this is shitty image, like it was taken by a keychain camera. or maybe all we're getting is zoomed in snapshots from cctv cams.

the person on the bicycle is the one who flagged down the cop. this guy also made a statement that the homeless guy was being raped and was having his face eaten at the same time. The homeless guy was tummy down getting raped and had that one side of his face eaten and the other side saved by the pavement. there was that great c.s.i episode where the colleges kids took pcp and ate their friend.Nothing fun about a drug making you primal. i wanna get high and eat some chips not get high and eat some guts
