Whoa! That's definitely a way to tell people to stay the fuck off drugs. On a different note, I think this man should be a candidate for face transplant surgery. I can't see how a plastic surgeon could possibly repair that man's face. |

They keep going back and forth between bath salts, coke or maybe a combo with even maybe other stuff. Earlier I read no one know who the poor guy that got his face ate off was for sure... I mean...if he was just walking down the street and that guy did that...uggghhh.... I actually ready they were getting drugs together. Who knows - a lot of mis-information out there right now. Still terrifying...
