I refuse to call this an accident. Too many corners were purposefully cut in order to reduce costs for this to be called an accident. Union Carbide massacred thousands and thousands of people for profit.
It's not the first time Union Carbide mess things up either. A criticality accident at Y-12 national security complex happened in 1958 while the facility was managed by Union Carbide.

The external genitalia are that of an otherwise normal adult male. (I was in the pool!)

Re: Pictures From The Bhopal Tragedy in India

FYI, Union Carbide Corp was the owner/operator of this plant. DOW Chemical was the parent company. After the tragedy, Union Carbide dumped/sold off part of their holdings to offset financial responsibilities. First Brands purchased some of these holdings. Clorox Corp eventually bought out First Brands. Glad trash bags is a subsidiary of Clorox. Union Carbide never did substantially compensate the victims or their surviving families. That's being a chicken shit, imo.
You are either misinformed, mistaken or a common liar. Have a look:

Re: Pictures From The Bhopal Tragedy in India

^^ Interesting read, moreover it’s just a bunch of corporate foot shuffling with attorneys sheltering these corporations, companies, LLC, Inc. whatever you want to call them. My point is this entity DROPPED their name QUICKLY to distance the entity from the horrendous images displayed for the world to see.
These type of damage control tactics are commonly used. Another example is in large commercial airplane crashes, the owner/operator/leasee will quickly cover up any branding names on the airplane wreckage.
Bus companies do the same.
Whether it wants to call itself “ Of India” it’s still fundamentally Union Carbide and they disappeared overnight. That doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand why.
