Re: People Pointing At Dead Man During Katrina
Kind of Fucked up when we can fly supplies and water to some shit hole in the middle east to aid fuckers who hate us. But, we couldn't get food and water 200 miles South of the evacuation zone ??

Re: People Pointing At Dead Man During Katrina
katerina was one bad fucking bitch. we were some of the first allowed in after the Bitch; we were retrieving people from Louis Armstrong (airport). only street open was one lane of Canal...we drove down just to see what was left. ever been in a shootin' war? that's what it felt, looked and smelled like. i've never been back. it's all gone; they'll build another city there and call it new orleans, but the n'awlins of memory is gone forever.

Re: People Pointing At Dead Man During Katrina
The entire thing was crazy. The biggest factor in the deaths was people refused to evacuate. They offered to ship them out of there to safety, and many people WOULD NOT LEAVE. They knew what they were in for, so their refusal to leave caused a lot of the deaths. I feel sorriest for the people who were in nursing homes and hospitals. They didn't have a choice to evacuate, and many of them were euthanized by doctors because they were suffering. I don't blame the government or FEMA. The people were warned and refused to leave. The reason why a lot of the supplies took so long was because the public did what they always do.... started rioting and looting and behaving in a lawless manner. It's kind of hard to be sympathetic when everyone of them had the option to get out before it hit. |

Re: People Pointing At Dead Man During Katrina
Exactly, all of these people were warned, they were offered a way out but chose to stay behind so they could be lawless, loot, and take what didn't belong to them, and they paid for their sins with their lives. I am from Nola and was part of rescue, you know days before a storm is coming, it's broadcasted on every radio an tv station what's coming, where to evacuate to, where not to stay. Etc... All these " poor people" you see are the hyenas that pick the carcasses of the weak and dead. They are the gutter trash that seized the opportunity of people evacuating to be the filthy theiving scum they are. Then when our US ARMY went in to help these fucking idiots they were shooting at them, throwing malitauve cocktails, and their own feces! They got what they brought on their own heads, or they reaped their own demise! That was a cleansing of bad rubbish. |
