Paul Walker's Autopsy Report (Fast & Furious Star)
Paul Walker, the acclaimed actor best known for his role in the "Fast & Furious", died in a car accident on November 30, 2013, in Santa Clarita, California. He was 40 years old. The accident occurred when the Porsche Carrera GT, driven by Walker's friend and business associate, Roger Rodas, crashed into a concrete lamp post and two trees before bursting into flames. Both Walker and Rodas were pronounced dead at the scene. Investigations concluded that the car was traveling at a high speed, with loss of control likely due to the speed combined with the road conditions. Paul's body was so badly burnt that he was almost unidentifiable and pathologists couldn't even determine the colour of his hair due to the extent of the thermal injuries. Part of Paul's skull was exposed as well as muscle on the torso as it explains in depth in the full report. The cause of death is the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries. The manner of death is accident. |

Re: Paul Walker's Autopsy Report (Fast & Furious Star)
It sounds like had there not been a fire, he might have actually survived. I didn't catch any reference to damaged internal organs or internal bleeding except near temporal. Albeit multiple broken bones, but not life ending.. So sad

Re: Paul Walker's Autopsy Report (Fast & Furious Star)
No, he would have died either way. His brain was exposed as well as the muscle on his torso. He had soot in his trachea, multiple pelvic fractures, etc. None of his internal organs could have been donated due to the extent of damage from what I read. He was basically fried alive. The cause of death was combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries so even if the car didn't set on fire, he probably wouldn't had made it anyway and vice versa. |
