Bless his heart. The law makes emts, paramedics, firemen that respond to a scene make every effort to recusitate (sorry for spelling) victims. Effing law needs to change, They scraped ny friend out of the shower where he had drown 20 mins prior, shocked him, then placed him on life support just so the emotionally devestated family would have to make a decision to pull the plug the next day. Then they sent his sick living on ssi homebound mother a bill for 25 grand in 2001 dollars. how fucked up is that?
