Re: Nick Hogan's Friend, John Graziano After The Accident
I have a feeling that YOU are what's wrong with the justice system in this country. Yes he was racing, yes he was speeding, no he didnt crash on purpose, no he didnt take the seatbelt out of the passenger side so this would happen. It was an accident. You say he should have gotten 25 years, but i'd be willing to bet that you'd settle on parole after 12 for a man that raped and murdered a child... tell me im wrong. ![]() |

Re: Nick Hogan's Friend, John Graziano After The Accident
Ah, I see. What's wrong with the country is that some of us would like to see those guilty of criminal reckless behavior that results in someone forever being little more than a vegetable be held accountable for their actions. Was it an accident? Only inasmuch as he didn't intend to see his friend's life destroyed, but he knew without a doubt that his reckless driving behavior could very possibly result in the death of others and it sure as hell wasn't the first time he street raced. Don't try to minimize this by comparing it to the criminal behavior of others. What's wrong with our criminal justice system in that is that it allows far too many people avoid responsibility for the things they CHOOSE to do, usually because they have MONEY. 8 fuckin' months is adequate for this? Not by a long shot. |
