Zuckoff infers that she probably died from her injuries shortly thereafter.

This the only other instance I've heard of but it's hard to speculate on how the woman came to be there in that condition. Ejected from the impact floors or jumping seems to be the most likely given the description. There was plenty of causalities at ground level too; elevators exploding in fireballs and falling debris that were described as "guillotines" cutting people in half by survivors.

That whole day was just so much chaos it's hard to wrap your head around it honestly.

Explain how there was plane debris on the Pentagon lawn that WAS NOT from the plane that was hijacked. Explain how there are NO wings or tail on the lawn. Explain how the side of the building hit was empty and no one was there due to "construction".

Explain why the plane in PA was shot down by our own jets AFTER the passengers confirmed they took back control of the plane and the hijackers were not a threat. Explain how witnesses to see the plane shot down were threatened with federal prison time and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines and penalties if they didn't keep their mouths shut about what they saw.
