Correct me if I am wrong....but to be a serial killer dont you need to be conducting a series of murders over a period of time !!... Not just wack 69 people in one go like our little Norwegian nutter.
Surely there must be rules in place.
Fair enough if Anders went on for a few years wacking large groups of people..... It's more about how many times you commit the deed rather than just how many you get in total.

It is said that in order to be a serial killer you have to kill at least 3 people, in a certain way but I think we all know the logistics of serials......killing 69 people at once would be considered a mass killer, spree would also fit, if the murders took place in more than one day.
