Its possible that the cops cuffed him after he shot himself. He already killed 3 cops, im sure they weren't taking any chances

I was on the I-75 southbound as this was happening. He shot and killed a young trooper at exit 54. This punk got off on state road 50 and went to the Shell Gas Station. There was a campground directly behind it.. A day I will never forget. I believe he talked to his mom on air with the radio station to give himself up.. Her niece Williams lied to the police about his true identity. I only wish they would have searched and cuffed him from behind.
