Gustav Weler, Rumored Hitler Body Double, Death Pictures
The death of Gustav Weler, often rumored to have been a body double for Adolf Hitler, is a subject shrouded in controversy and speculation, with limited concrete historical evidence to substantiate the claims. The narrative surrounding Weler suggests that he was killed to serve as a decoy for Hitler, potentially to mislead those who were tracking the German leader in the final days of World War II. According to some accounts, Weler's body was allegedly found outside the Führerbunker in Berlin, the location where Hitler and several of his close associates spent their final days as the Allies closed in on the city. These accounts suggest that Weler was killed so that his body could be presented as Hitler's, due to a supposed physical resemblance between the two men. However, it's important to note that the historical accuracy of these claims is highly questionable. The narrative of a Hitler body double has been a topic of speculation and conspiracy theories rather than established historical fact. The circumstances surrounding Hitler's death, including the lack of surviving physical evidence and conflicting witness accounts, have fueled various theories and conjectures over the years. The official version, supported by most historians, is that Adolf Hitler committed suicide on April 30, 1945, in his bunker in Berlin. His body, along with that of Eva Braun, Hitler's long-term partner whom he married shortly before their deaths, was reportedly burned shortly thereafter, following Hitler's instructions to avoid the display of his remains. Re: Gustav Weler, Rumored Hitler Body Double, Death Pictures
And then a few years ago tests were conducted on the boxes containing what Russia has ALWAYS said were the last bits of bone of Adolf Hitler, and the tests came back saying the skull fragment is that of a female, but not Eva Braun.
