I visited this site two days ago. The main structure of the building remains and there is reflection pool and memorial to the victims.

The building is small even though it's empty. When the terrible event happened it would have been like shooting fish in a barrel.

It was very unsettling to enter the building, I matched one of the screen grabs (the lady with her head back seated)

I went to Port Arthur a few years ago, I think probably... 2003?

The night ghost tour they have there made that place even more unsettling. Not sure if they still have it now but it'd be fun to do it again when this covid is all over.

Today’s the anniversary of this horrible event.

I still remember how life here was before and after it.

Since this happened, our country is so much safer. I know there’ll be plenty of haters around “amendments” and “freedoms”, but our country is a much better place to be than it was. RIP to the 35 that were taken.

Correct, the VHS was found at the Glenorchy Tip, It was given to me to convert, not many people could convert VHS back then. I still have the original conversion
