Nice post,i saw a programme on TV some time ago,on him.
Apparently it took the police years to catch him and that was purely by chance,am i right?

he played cat and mouse with police for years

he asked the police if floppy disks were traceable (of course they lied and said no)

so when he sent the floppy with evidence on it, they backtraced it to a local library computer and went from there to find him
