I read the book about this crazy duo, that head you see was a prostitutes named Exxie Wilson, it was kept in the freezer and Carol would take it out and pretty it up with make-up and fix her hair for Doug to have oral with it. She is the one who beheaded that dude in the first pics in his van, his headless body was left in there in the sweltering California heat for days. One crazy ass couple, how these two find each other? Fate can suck sometimes.

I read that same book and I have never been the same since. I lived alone when I read it and got shifty eyes real quick.
