Keeping in mind that the level of quality of the pictures on this forum is very high, I'm going to upload the only ones that I have, and the only ones I have ever seen posted anywhere.

The following pictures are very very rare because Spanish government bans almost all graphic pictures from this horrible massacre. Why? Because the socialist government of Spain was involved in the plan to kill 200 people.

On March 11, 2004, Spain experienced one of the deadliest terrorist attacks in its history, known as the Madrid train bombings. A series of coordinated bombings on commuter trains during the morning rush hour resulted in the deaths of 193 people and injured more than 2,000 others. This horrific event not only shocked Spain but also had a profound impact on the international community.

The attacks involved the detonation of ten bombs placed in backpacks on four morning rush-hour trains traveling to the Atocha station in Madrid. The explosions occurred almost simultaneously, causing massive destruction and chaos. The bombings were initially suspected to be the work of the Basque separatist group ETA, but evidence later pointed towards Islamist extremists with links to al-Qaeda.

An extensive investigation followed the attacks. The inquiry led to the arrest of numerous individuals, primarily Moroccan nationals, who were believed to have connections to Islamist terrorist groups. The investigation revealed that the attacks were in retaliation for Spain's involvement in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars under then-Prime Minister José María Aznar.

The Madrid train bombings had significant political repercussions in Spain, contributing to a change in government. In the general elections held just three days after the attacks, the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party, led by José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, won a surprise victory. Zapatero had pledged to withdraw Spanish troops from Iraq, a promise he fulfilled shortly after taking office.
