Fun fact, the arms they rip the skin from were actually real arms from a corpse. The actor had to hold 2 dead person's arms while another actor tore the skin off. There's also an autopsy scene with a young boy whose corpse is also real. The director miraculous got permission to use the body from his parents. |

In the film Men Behind The Sun there's also controversy about whether or not a live cat was thrown into a room filled with starving rats. The shot of the dead, still twitching cat covered in blood that looks like raspberry preserves looks fake however. And for good reason. As it turns out, it wasn't real (thank goodness)  |
