Re: Death Pictures From The Haiti Earthquake in 2010
I’ll never forget watching live/raw footage of that aftermath. An American doctor who also worked as a journalist was reporting for a major news network when a man came up to him while on the air carrying a baby just a day or so old. The baby had a head injury and the mother had been killed, so the father didn’t even have a way to feed the baby. The doctor stopped reporting and immediately started to assess the baby. I think the aftermath of this earthquake is the worst suffering and death I’ve seen, along with 9/11, of course. God bless those poor people

Prejudicial trade policies? That's ridiculous. Haiti's problems are endemic and internal. The problem is the people. They are unable to govern themselves.

Re: Death Pictures From The Haiti Earthquake in 2010
there totally was another huge earthquake that happened in Haiti just last month that nobody seems to want to fucking talk about. August 14th, 2021. magnitude 7.2. 2,248 deaths. 12,763 people injuried. 650,000 people in need of aid & emergency services. |
