No he doesn't. They were showing a vignette when Owen fell. The only footage was the hard cam that was NOT shown during the video of Owen's pre-recorded interview. The footage is in WWE's archives under the "Never to view, duplicate or destroy" category along with the Droz paralysis incident.

The hard cam did catch Owen's impact in the ring, but it was never shown ever. Only a select few have ever seen it since 1999.

I am a long time wrestling fan, and I have searched for this video for decades.. you won't find it. Anybody who says they've seen it, is lying, or they don't know what they're talking about. People tend to show the infamous New Jack bump he took off the scaffold, which was scripted. There are some blurry images of what people suspect was Owen falling, but it's hard to determine. There are definitely images of Owen already down and unconscious in the ring, but even those have been increasingly harder and harder to find as the years go on. There is no blood in the images, except maybe a little on his arm, and a spot in the ring, that they tried to clean, but you can see it throughout the rest of Over the Edge ppv, if you look. If you ever went to a WWE/WWF show back in the day, when there wasn't camera phones, if you tried to bring in your own camera, they would confiscate it, and you could get it back after the event. It was virtually impossible to record something like that. They were very strict, I even remember going to an event with my dad and brother, where they took my soda, because it was considered a concession, and I had to buy one from them, even though my dad told them I have hypoglycemia and needed it. It was either that, or you don't see the show. Things are different now, different world.

This is what I found, not the actual autopsy but it does tell us that Owen had no chance of survival.

The cause of death was later revealed to be internal bleeding from blunt force trauma. The impact severed his aorta, resulting in Hart bleeding to death just minutes later

I did see a video that was supposedly a cell phone or hand held camera of some type taken by someone actually there in the crowd, it wasn't the best quality because he was a distance away but definitely did look authentic.

You didn't. There is no fan footage that exists of the fall. Definitely not a cell phone pic. In 1999
