That's usually because of a leak in the investigating police department. But that's the exception rather than the rule. I have run into a brick wall in trying to find good gore pics made in the U. S. and Canada. As for Asian countries, it's easy, cuz they don't have all the restrictions we have. Also, they allow press members at the crime scene. Here, no way.

No bodies so to speak remained when dug up. Given the humidty and the wet ground in the areas where they buried the bodies decomp was pretty rapid. Mostly bones and clothing were found in the graves.

Excellent info. I've read about this guy and seen one or two docus about him, but he's arguably the least-known major serial killer in U.S. history. Depressing stuff. Kids disappeared and no one seemed to miss them, at least not enough that police caught a hint that there might be a serial killer on the loose.
