Re: David Katz: Jacksonville Madden Tournament Mass Shooting Photos
GAME OVER All he had was video games in his little world. But even at that, he sucked. At least he managed to aim well. |

Re: David Katz: Jacksonville Madden Tournament Mass Shooting Photos
true. my comment was tongue in cheek. NFL is not actually a sport, its an organization and I think you would be hard pressed to find somebody who wants to blame video games who would have the intellectual integrity to admit there is actually more violence in most team sports than video games, which is just sitting in front of a screen, usually. my comment was supposed to be funny because it subverts expectations. violence in video games and its effect is commonly discussed for shooting games and stuff like GTA, but seldom do people mention how competitive sports can be violent too. so if video games are bad because they make people violent, surely violent sports are just as bad. maybe it was a poor joke but I thought was humorous |

Thanks! Those people who straighten out posts are much appreciated by those of us who lack computer skills! Otherwise we wouldn't be able to see half of this stuff.
