Yes, but if they were "terrorists" in terms of being muslim extremists - the target is a non political one - nor is it in an area that holds enough of a "bang for their buck". There is a method to acts of extremists. They don't blow up mentally handicapped centers in non epicenter areas - in America, anyway. This is most likely crazy American action. Going to a vulnerable place where they can cause lots of pain and damage. |
