Re: Columbine Victim's Death & Crime Scene Pictures
That last pic of the dead girl with the doctor attending to her corpse is not Rachel Scott, it's Rachel Corrie, an activist that was run over by a bulldozer. That's why it looks nothing like Rachel Scott. Just an fyi.

Re: Columbine Victim's Death & Crime Scene Pictures
So as many people have mentioned, the photo from the disc is not Rachel Scott. Every so often I have a columbine few weeks, where I look up photos, videos, info etc. I do this every couple of years. Knowing that there are photos of Daniel Rohrbough dead on the path, I've always thought it was strange there were no photos of Rachel, seeing as she died outside too. So I did some googling and did find some: |

Re: Columbine Victim's Death & Crime Scene Pictures
There is a gif of the police dragging her body by her arms behind the fire truck out of people's way, a lot of kids escaping the building had to jump over her and almost trod on her. I tried to attach it but it didn't work, I'll try a link ![]() ![]() Daniel's body can be seen in various positions as some witnesses have said that they shook him to try to help him up, leaving him when they realised he'd died. I wonder how much Patti Nielson, the woman on the long phone call wishes she's told the kids to run out of the exit rather than hide under the tables. |

Yea seen these, but thanks! Yea I'm sure she has/had survivors guilt over it. They're told to have the kids get under tables during emergencies like this, so she was doing what she was told to do. A lot of people give her shit, but I have tremendous sympathy for her. She should not be blamed for anything that happened in the library that day. |

Re: Columbine Victim's Death & Crime Scene Pictures
Very true. If they'd ran out the door there's no saying the shooters wouldn't have been out there by the exit. Such a horrible event. I've been watching a lot on it lately, so sad that children/teens go to school & don't come home. |

Yea it is such a sad thing that happened. Still seems so surreal that two high school kids were capable of pulling of what they did. If only there was ever a way to speak to Eric and Dylan, I would have tons of questions for them. |

They were really bright boys with access to computers and information and I think that it's absolutely fascinating that they were so incognito about it. Keeping a huge secret like that, collaboratively, wasn't easy.

Re: Columbine Victim's Death & Crime Scene Pictures
Yes it is really interesting Eric's mum actually phones the police during the shooting and said she was worried he was involved, as in committing the crime not falling victim to it There was another friend that Eric tried to recruit for the event a few times, as near to the event as the end of March - the shooting took place on 20th April. Someone Morris. He's said he didn't take them seriously which is why he didn't report it to the police One of the parents, can't remember if it was Mrs Harris or klebold, found evidence of pipe bombs and confiscated them but again did not report anything. The boys were in their probation programme after breaking into a van during the planning stages of the massacre, fooling everyone that they were reformed characters and realised their errors. |
