This was in Philadelphia, PA. Supposedly, they believe a nun gave birth to the boy and his curly hair was cut off and he received some kind of shock treatments, which killed him. It was orginally listed as a murder, but, it is yet to be confirmed. There was an update on a crime show in the last year or so.
