This is what I have heard/read, as well. I believe the one they made to strip down was the blonde they kept showing on the ground.

The press conference with the doctor indicated that suspect one came in with multiple wounds to his torso. He wouldn't confirm if they were only gunshot wounds and it made it sound like he did, in fact, use a bomb vest. This is probably why they made the blonde man strip down - to make sure he wasn't wearing a vest, as well.

Does anyone know if the man they had on the ground was the driver of the carjacked car? It's the only reason I can think they made him strip and questioned him.

It was three people in a cab, middle eastern driver, middle eastern passenger and white passenger.
