MIT Officer has died. I know it's not related to the bombing, but has been mentioned here, so thought I would mention it for those of us who are here right now listening.

The only white bag I see isn't close to the bearded guy. Another possibility is that they did do facial recognition on him, found him and it's no big deal.

He could also possibly be already in custody - hence the "fake" arrest which was called off because there were other suspects so they have no need to put his info out there.

To me, out of that photo - the suspect is halfway between Jeff and Krystle. There's a guy that looks very close to the description with a black hat with a white marking. 2nd head in front of Jeff, caddywhompus (Northeast) to Krystle, just on the other side of the blue shirts.

Considering his responses during interview afterword, it was a very strange action on his part... He was far more determined, both the structure and efficacy of his strike were far different. He was most interested in after effects, serious damage, these guys were either less than skilled or more interested in making sure their attack was public and striking, but less than the utter destruction McVeigh was looking for.

Boston PD now looking for 2 "middle eastern males, both armed" that were involved in a carjacking.

Granted, no clue if related to the MIT shooting, much less the bombings.
