I think he will have died as a result of his wounds from the gun fight, evacuating residents right now, body is still on boat, unclear on status

they are evacuating people... I would think he's still alive, but he'll probably die by the time they get to him.

shiiiiiiiiiiit! he's going to die if they suspect he has explosives, which he probably does. What if it's not even him  He couldn't have been in that boat this entire time. |
