Kim Jong Un said (here) that he had planned to launch a terrorist attack in the end of a three step plan (he had already done the first two.) Today is Eternal Founder Kim Il Sung's birthday. It is the most important holiday in all of North Korea. They've had their missile launchers readied for days and for the first time ever, they didn't have a military parade in Pyongyang.

It may be the Koreans and if not, it would still be extremely easy to pin this on them unless someone else claims responsibility.
this unfortunately doesn't sound too far-fetched.

Should also point out that this week is like a week for crazy people. April 14th: This bombing, April 16th: V-Tech Shooting, April 19th: Waco Massacre, OKC Bombing, April 20th: Columbine Shooting.

Could just be some people gone crazy.

Seems to organized, apparently there are more bombs being dismantled as we speak. Al-Qaeda. Look, an event with alot of civilians from all over the world. A fine target. Many innocent killed. Just a cowardly act as usual.
