The photos were published by her mom via Twitter to convey that she was murdered. The official cause of death is suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan, and a six-page suicide note was found by her sister. However, the mother recently filed a petition in Bombay High Court insisting for a proper investigation in her daughter's death. She alleged that Jiah had been murdered and not committed suicide as believed. Also a man was taken into custody (and later granted bail) in association with her suicide. In the letter she holds an unnamed person responsible for her extreme step and mentions abortion, pain, abuse, torture and rape. ..the "unnamed person" is named Suraj Pancholi , her bofriend ... the reason she committed suicide was because he was two timing her (she found out), and he recently forced her to have an abortion , plus he was physically and emotionally abusive (to her) .. based on Jiah's letters found after her suicide ..

Even the beautiful, and wildly successful people of our world can, and do, know it's heart ache. I remember in 1994 when I was 13 years old. Watching a News break that said to my bewilderment that Kurt Cobain,  the singer and guitar player for Nirvana. Which was at the time probably the biggest band on the planet, had killed himself.Being that I was just 13 at the time I couldn't understand why someone in his position would want to do that. To me, he had it all. He was one of the most famous faces on the planet, filthy rich, and being praised as "The Voice Of His Generation". To me being rich and famous was the top tier of success, and in my juvenile mind I confused success with happiness. Today, I most certainly understand how a person trapped within the invasive fish bowl we call fame, and I mistakenly called success. Could want an escape from that reality, even if that escape is a permanent one. I suppose what I'm trying to say is that these people, who we see as being massive success stories. Are still just people, and none of us are exempt from life's pain. There's been tons of other rich and famous people who had proven to be all too human in their desire to escape as well.
