The Immelmann maneuver is kinda hard on the body especially when you swap through the negative g force's or when you roll over as you create opposing forces very quickly depending on the roll over or roll out speed.
A half cuban is also a very similar maneuver that done correctly at speed can gain height & a change of opposite direction very quickly while loading the wing up for extended combat engagements.
