Martyn Ashton takes the £10k carbon road bike used by Team Sky's Bradley Wiggins & Mark Cavendish for a ride with a difference. With a plan to push the limits of road biking as far as his lycra legs would dare, Martyn looked to get his ultimate ride out of the awesome Pinarello Dogma 2. This bike won the 2012 Tour de France - surely it deserves a Road Bike Party!

Shot in various locations around the UK and featuring music from 'Sound of Guns'. Road Bike Party captures some of the toughest stunts ever pulled on a carbon road bike.

There's no contest in my eyes, Danny is much better than this guy. Danny is a natural, the way he glides with a bike smoothly, it's almost like the bike is part of him.

visually it looks the same, but the fact he's doing it on a road racer makes it so much more impressive. danny's always using a bike with suspension etc and specially built for that kind of thing

I am a massive fan of Danny Macaskill but as guttsfukk said, this guy is doing similar tricks on a bike that just isn't designed to take the beating! The tyres of a road bike have almost twice the pressure than that of a trail bike that Danny uses so how this guy didn't blow out on some of those jumps I will never know! Also the riding position and handle bars of the road bike make is much less nimble to handle - try and do full "steering lock" on a racer and see how stable you feel!

Would love Danny and this guy to swap bikes for a video!
