I don't actually think the fight will happen as I don't think a athletic commision would allow a 0-0 fighter to take on a undisputed champ. The point is if he was given a licence/sanctioned to box by let's say the Nevada commision the contract the UFC have with him would not hold up in court due to the ali act. That's the whole reason you have fighters calling for a MMA equivalent of the ali act. If it was a mma fight or kick boxing then yes they could and would stop it.

Jesus christ he legally can get a boxing licence. Legally the UFC would not be able to stop him Participating in a boxing event due to the Ali act.

What you seem to not understand is WE enjoy watching the ufc around these parts. It's the largest, most prestigious mma banner in the world. It's enjoyable mainly because they give us fans the premiere match-ups we want and it's been a part our lives since 1993. What WE do not want is for them end up like boxing or pride fc. If you're still having problems comprehending this simple message perhaps you should go back to where ever you came from.
