Re: DR's Official MMA Thread
I dig ol' Rhonda! I hope her winning streak continues and she doesn't ever develop cauliflower ears. |

There is 70 pound or more difference, and I'm finding it hard to believe that Rockhold wasn't just playing around with her like Tito was with Cyborg. Luke could tap that pussy anytime he wants. |

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread
So last weekends main card ufc Fight Night were all finishes, which I didn't get a chance to watch btw because of all of the hours i'm putting in at work, plus my new chick is not really into mma (yet). The ufc uses a much smaller cage in non-ppv events such as fight nights and a considerably bigger octagon for their PPV. Smaller cage + less distance = more finishes, so why wouldn't the organization just use the smaller cage for every event? The 30 ft. cage is 20% wider and 44% larger than the 25 ft. cage. Fights are finished 60% of the time in the small cage versus 48% in the larger. Their numbers are based on a relatively few events, so more data would be more useful. Also, I've heard someone (Rogan maybe) talk about how they think that the use of the smaller cage size in the WEC was a key in Aldo finishing so many fights. |
