Meh, nothing exciting. UFC keep putting on these "lower quality" cards, which are absolute shite compared to Bellator and WSoF. They honestly need a different brand name to put these feeder cards under, otherwise they're just going to push fans away.  |

The 'old' steroid fuled vitor that took out tank!! I'm kind of shocked at the talk of a title shot TBH. He does deserve it due to the run he's had (not counting silva and jones). I've always liked Vitor. Yes he has abused ped's in the past but so did most fighters at that time. To my knowledge, Pride FC never tested their fighters for drugs and were actually encouraged to take performance enhancing drugs. Most jmma fights were fixed under the pride banner. Talk about embarrassing, the fucking organization was run by the members of transnational organized crime syndicates in Japan. Mma today is one of the most regulated sports on the planet. Weidman, Belfort will set in Vegas. |

In pride the did get tested but according to most fighters at the top of the list of banned substances in bold was WE DO NOT TEST FOR STEROIDS. It's allowed in Japan hence Royce keeping his win against saku despite breaking records. There were only a a few fixed fights in pride, just like don fryers fixed fight in the ufc, Coleman being a major one. Also you would be hard pressed to find any business in Japan untouched by criminal elements.Vitor can't fight in Vegas as the Nevada commission Has already said they won't approve his trt due to his two failed drug tests. Once your on that shit you cant come off. I was a big vitor fan and u am happy to see him do well. He was robbed against Ortiz |
