Re: DR's Official MMA Thread

Me, you and a thousand other fight fans will agree that Fedor is one of the greatest of all time, but as far as the argument goes those loses put a huge question mark over him. Much like Anderson fighting in the shallow MW division, GSP not finishing, Henderson never holding a UFC belt etc...

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread

Yeah, i watched the reply of the Alverez fight when I got home, I was impressed. Was surprised when the ref stepped in, not complaining, just thought Lopez would have made it out of the round. Also thought he was hurt way worse the round before.

You see Chavez Jr. pissed hot for buds after his fight, second time for him I think.

I wish he had come to the UFC and stuck right up DFW's ass. He would have dominated the heavyweights when they tried to bring him over last time. He would've beat Brock like he owned him.

And I do believe that DFW did do everything he could to try and sign him so that question mark hanging over his career is all on Fedor.

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread

Now that you mentioned it I've seen his last fight. When do you ever see a Mexican ginger? Only in soap operas.

Imo Andre Ward (26-0-0) is the best boxer p4p right now.

I could understand coke as its out of the system after a few days but it beggards belief that a pro fighter would smoke weed. That can stay in your system for up to 3 months!! they must know they will be caught. Its hard to forgive such stupidity IMO

not sure I agree with the last part, you could be right but IMO it was dana holding it back. Its ok to go to the press bitching and moaning about a fighter when you already own them and they have nowhere else to go. I cant remember if fedor backed out of the cross promotional thing but in that respect it does lay at the feet of fedor and his management, look what they did when affliction started holding events! they must of know there was NO WAY the UFC were going to go for it.
