Still pissed Condit got pulled, though. Him, Lauzon, Andy, Barao, Edgar, Barnett and Mir are the only fighters that I'm really fans of.  |

I think Condit will eventually end up at the top of the Welterweight heap after getting a shot at a full 5rd fight with Hendrix... by decision. Maybe Hendrix will will, either way - i wanna see me fight 5rds.  |

I just wish the guy would learn some fucking takedown defence. Jesus fucking christ, he'd be unbeatable if he didn't get put on his ass every 10 seconds. The thing is, though, he's so confident off his back that he doesn't seem to care, and while he does more off his back than whoever is on top of him, the judges don't score it like that. |

Green/Healy was a good slugfest - thought that shoulda been FotN. I agree with losing a point for pulling guard. Too many fighters(especially during the "lay n pray" era) would pull guard during the first exchange and the fights ended up being a boring grind-fest or BJJ clinic. If a guy chooses to pull guard instead of going toe-to-toe he should have to pay for avoiding risk and playing it safe.  Might be worth it in a 5-rounder VS Hendricks though. |
