Brave kayaker Ben Marr goes with the flow as he paddles down a drainage ditch in Canada reaching speeds of over 30 miles per hour.

He's sliding along a trickle of water and grinding against the concrete drainage structure as it heads towards a reservoir near Vancouver.

Ben Marr can be heard shouting and screaming throughout the speedy 90-second journey as he battles to keep the boat upright.

Eventually he plunges into a pool of water where he can be heard to say he reached a speed of 34mph.
