9-year-old Lucy Milgrim from the U.S. made an incredible performance at the Arnold Sports Festival.

Weighing only about 60 lbs (27 kg), she successfully pulled a 180 lb (82 kg) deadlift, which is exactly 3 times her body weight.

She set three USA Powerlifting (USAPL) national records in her age and weight class for the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

She is training five days a week, totaling about 10 hours of exercise weekly. However, her routine isn't just heavy lifting. Her father and coaches emphasize that only about three hours a week are spent on powerlifting. The rest of her time is dedicated to wrestling and general technique to ensure her safety and long-term physical development.
