This Pacific Ocean footage was transferred to AARO by the United States Navy Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force in 2022. It was captured in 2019 with a hand-held recording device by a U.S. military service member, and low-light conditions affected the visual quality.

The source identifies the case as an unresolved UAP report, but gives no further characterization of the object. The footage in DOW-UAP-PR123 through DOW-UAP-PR127 was captured contemporaneously, and this media was digitally altered before being reported to AARO, which presents it as received.
