This hand-held iPhone 12 Pro footage was submitted by the FBI and comes from an eyewitness report in the northeastern United States in November 2021. The source says the eyewitness saw a bright light source near the horizon at an estimated distance of 2,000 feet in a sparsely populated area familiar to the witness.

According to statements provided to the FBI, the light initially appeared as a single intense luminous object, then resolved into multiple lights with erratic rotational motion relative to one another while moving slowly from left to right. The FBI assessed the reporting individual as highly credible, and says related material corresponds to reports from the same general area.
