State Department Cable on UFOlogists in Turkmenistan, 2004
This PDF is a Department of State cable from Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, dated November 5, 2004. It says UFOlogists of Turkmenistan had gained a positive reputation as a reliable partner for the United States in building civil society organizations in the country. The cable author notes this with bemusement, saying the reputation was earned because everyone in Turkmenistan, apparently, "is interested in UFOs."
