State Department Cable on Kodori Gorge Incident, 2001
This PDF is a Department of State cable from Tbilisi, Georgia, about an incident on October 28 to 29, 2001. The Georgian Foreign Ministry alleged that Russian aircraft violated Georgian airspace and bombed areas of the Kodori Gorge. Russian officials denied the claims and said it could have been UFOs.
