This PDF is a first-hand account by a currently serving, as of May 2026, senior U.S. intelligence official. The official was part of a team investigating unusual noises and sightings of unidentified anomalous phenomena in and near a sensitive U.S. military facility in the Western United States in late 2025.

From a helicopter passenger's vantage point, the official describes unidentified "glowing orbs" seen at close range and at a distance. The account also describes an apparent high-speed object moving low to the ground, appearing to split in two and accelerate away in different directions, along with numerous higher-altitude "orbs" that the official assessed as close to the helicopter. The file notes a May 26, 2026 correction changing the flight profile term from "map-of-the-earth" to "nap-of-the-earth."
