Sacramento County Sheriff's Department OpenCarry.Org Memo

A memo from SCSD in reference the website opencarry.org. Kinda funny as it tells the officers how to navigate the website and check their forum.

Notice how they label it a Terrorism Threat, what a crock of shit.

I think it is a serious infringment of the right to keep and bear arms when an officer has a right to inspect your weapon any time you carry it. Such a law would tend to make it intimidating to always be confronted by police.

Re: Sacramento County Sheriff's Department OpenCarry.Org Memo

Heres complete assinine bullshit from the legal system---
The officer also has the right to impound anyone's weapon at anytime for investigation, which means at any-point a cop can say give me your gun and can keep it for any reason what-so-ever for as long as necessary for this impound. It takes a judges orders to insist upon getting it back, and they're not responsible for its handling and care while in their custody so they technically can say it was just lost. Since its considered a civil obligation to assist police & its illegal to refuse to let them have your gun, and a judge never needs to be asked for them to do it unless your job requires you to carry a firearm.

So when ever a cop asks to inspect your weapon tell them to take it from you, pull your dick out lift upwards with pride and piss on their shirt and face, that's my legal advice.

or buy more then one pistol and petition your local government and if they do nothing turn the fucking town into the wild west, if the men who inhabited the US when it gained its freedom had this law put on them the police and governor would have a hard time keeping their face intact
