Range Fouler Debrief, Eastern United States, 2019
This is a redacted U.S. Navy Range Fouler Debrief from a 2019 incident in the Eastern United States, a form used to record unauthorized intrusions into controlled airspace during active military operations or training. It accompanies the video titled "DOW-UAP-PR112." Five U.S. military-affiliated personnel reported seeing a small object "travelling in a straight line opposite [the platform's] direction at high speed." One observer described flight characteristics "unlike anything [the observer] had seen in 28 years [of service] for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy," and added that "others with equal or more experience were also unsure as to what the object might be." The source notes that the descriptions and estimates reflect the reporter's subjective interpretation at the time, not a conclusive finding about the object's features or performance. Declassified by the Department of War under the PURSUE UAP records release (tranche of 7/10/26). Agency: Department of War Incident: 2019, Eastern United States Document ID: DOW-UAP-D090 This release is redacted.
