Range Fouler Debrief, Atlantic Ocean, 2020

This redacted PDF is a U.S. Navy Range Fouler Debrief for an unauthorized intrusion into controlled airspace during military operations or training over the Atlantic Ocean in 2020. It accompanies the video titled "DOW-UAP-PR116."

A U.S. military operator reported seeing an object described as "darker, maroonish color, approximately 12-15 feet in height." The report says the phenomenon was "travel[ing] with the wind," did not "maneuver or change direction," and appeared as a "large, somewhat deformed balloon." The descriptive language is the reporter's subjective interpretation at the time and is not a conclusive finding about the object's features or performance.

Declassified by the Department of War under the PURSUE UAP records release (tranche of 7/10/26).
Agency: Department of War
Incident: 2020, Atlantic Ocean
